After decades practicing architecture, shaping structures, restoring landmarks and adapting spaces to the people and rhythms they hold, we're shifting our posture. For the first time in a long while, we're not taking on new projects. We're not planning the next phase. We're not striving to stay busy. We're making space.
This isn't retirement. It's a pause made with intention. A hand resting lightly. A chance to follow something other than deadlines, deliverables and the daily push to keep moving.
