HUBERTY RESIDENCE

A 1980s builder spec house that sits on a killer site needed to be updated to better tie the two together. As typical with this era, rooms were big but inefficient. We stepped in to master plan all three floors and to create a warm, elegant home for an active family of five. As with most things in a home, it all started with the kitchen. Previously dated and dark, we reconfigured it, opened it up to the southern light, and gave it fresh, crisp and classic details.
