This house, located close to the entrance of Forest Park, felt like it was sliding down the hill. This remodel restored the home’s structural integrity, opened up the kitchen and breakfast nook, and re-configured the main stair to make way for a taller hallway beneath. A true master suite and a spacious daylight basement were also created.
